Ben Kay, former England and Leicester tiger is a relatively new face on the speaking circuit but brings with him the experience of winning the Rugby World Cup in 2003 and touring with the British and Irish Lions in 2005.
Having made his England debut in 2000 against France, he has since confirmed his status as a core part of the England squad and in the World Cup 2003 he played every minute of every England game!
Ben was educated at Loughborough University, where he graduated in sports science; he represented England in the 1996 Students’ World Cup in South Africa before playing for England Under 18s and Under 21s, as well as Queensland University in Australia. After announcing his retirement from professional rugby in 2010, Ben will be the new co-commentator on ESPN for the Premiership season. Ben’s experiences coupled with his drive and determination make him an interesting guest speaker at any event.
