Steve Perryman
Steve Perryman was born in Ealing on the 21 Dec 1951. Steve is without doubt a Spurs legend, making a total of 866 appearances and scoring 39 goals during a 17 year spell at White Hart Lane. Steve played an incredible 950 appearances during his career, finishing with spells at Oxford and Brentford.
Despite only achieving one full International cap, his distinguished career saw him pick up LC, FA Cup and UEFA Cup Winners medals. Steve is only the third captain in history to have won the FA Cup in consecutive years. In 1984 Steve was rewarded with the MBE for his services to football.
During his very distinguished career, Steve played with or against some of the former “greats” of the game: Hoddle, Best, Charlton and Ardiles etc.
