David Johnson
David Johnson was born on 23 Oct 1951 in Merseyside. David was part of the great Liverpool side of the 70s and 80s. David played for his boyhood team Liverpool.
He also went on to represent arch rivals Everton. He went on to win many honours through his career and won the following:3 European Cups, 4 League titles and 3 League Cups with Liverpool, he also won the Texaco Cup whilst with Ipswich and was to gain International caps for England.
One of his England caps was gained against Argentina, with the great Maradona and England winning with Johnson scoring 2 goals. David is proving a very popular figure on the After dinner circuit.
